This is so irritating. I'm normally all for not judging what a doctor does for a patient from the outside, since I don't have the chart in front of me and therefore have huge gaps in understanding of the patient's medical issues. However, Anna Nicole was a famous person with a well-known history of substance-abuse problems. Come on.
